Synopsis

The idea behind this module is to provide a solid understanding of HR and employment law. It will be delivered as a course, with a certificate issued at the end of it. Topics covered will include: 

  • The Equality Act 2010 
  • Dismissals, disciplinary and grievance procedures 
  • Managing performance: the good, the bad, and the ugly
  • Recruitment Processes 
  • Sickness absence and stress in the workplace
